Condrain is committed to the health, safety and well-being of all our employees and persons who may be affected by our work. In carrying out this commitment, Condrain provides a safe, harassment and violence free work environment. Management and supervisors work with all employees to eliminate and control hazards that may lead to accidental injury, and ensure that safe and healthy work conditions are maintained in all work areas.
We believe in an Internal Responsibility System (IRS) where employees at all levels have a responsibility for their own safety and that of their co-workers. That means that all workers comply with all legislative requirements and CONDRAIN GROUP safe work procedures and practices. Each worker engages the IRS through proactive participation, identifying and eliminating hazards, and exercising the safest methods to perform tasks.
Our Health and Safety Policy is the foundation of our overall Health & Safety Program that has been developed to establish and maintain a healthy work environment that is free from harassment and violence. This program is monitored, reviewed and updated annually (at minimum) to ensure compliance with laws pertaining to occupational health and safety. In keeping with the intent of this policy, we require all persons associated with CONDRAIN GROUP to join us in this commitment of our employees’ health and safety and overall well-being.
